Welcome to the Patio Room! This is a completely private studio with a separate private bathroom located just a few steps up the stairs, in a shared but quiet hallway. This studio has a private entrance as well as a private patio with a gas fire pit and gas grill. In the space you will enjoy beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a queen Murphy bed, a kitchenette, and a workspace. The studio has a very spacious feel in a small footprint. Breakfast is included! Ample parking is available The space Large screen, 4K television with blu-ray player and WiFi. Comfortable Sleep Number (adjustable firmness) queen murphy bed with high quality bedding. Bed folds up on the wall to give plenty of space to entertain guests or practice Yoga. Kitchenette in your room has plenty of storage, an infrared cooktop, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, Instant pot, small fridge in the room with shared refrigerator and freezer space available (on a first come/first served basis) just steps outside your door in the garage. Kitchenette is well stocked and well laid out. Antique dining table folds out to comfortably seat 4. Work space with desk, and basic office supplies provided. Front load washer/dryer is available in a very clean shared garage with laundry soap provided. Shark vacuum and cleaning supplies are available for your use if needed during your stay. Beautiful, private bathroom is located up 5 steps from your room in a shared hallway with thick, soft towels and piping hot water. The Suite feels private, luxurious, comfortable, and serene. We think you will be delighted! Guest access You will have access to the garage, the laundry and a full sized fridge are located there. Fridge and freezer space are available on a first come first serve basis. You are welcome to use the entire yard. There is a real fire pit in the front yard, as well as a gas fire pit in your own private patio. During your stay We are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. My husband Eric and I live on site along with our three dogs: Polar, Freyja and Watson, and our cat Gus. You may see us around the property playing, gardening, or just enjoying the beauty of nature. Other things to note Please be aware that three large, friendly dogs live on this property, they live in the basement apartment of our home and will not have access to your space. You may see them outside in the yard (always supervised) from time to time, they are very friendly and well trained so feel free to come say hi to us anytime :) Our nearly 7 acre property is located in a rural setting with abundant wildlife in the area. Please be bear aware and refer to Alaska Department of Fish & Game for more information on wildlife safety. To help maintain the safety of our neighbors and guests, fish processing is not allowed on the premises.
