Take it easy at this country cottage. This beautiful cottage is surrounded by trees. You can relax on the porch swing, while enjoying the birds sing. It is located only a mile away from one of Arkansas’ best golf courses, 5 miles to the highway and 15 minutes from the Air Force Base. Due to the country setting, this cottage is not handicap accessible. The space A spacious country cottage with a gravel drive and a staired entryway. It is a beautiful two story home away from home. Perfectly located for avid golfers, travelers and relocating military members. It is important to note that our property is not disabled accessible. There are steps to enter the cottage. Additionally, the main living area is located on the second floor of the cottage, with the kitchen and restroom located on the first floor. Guest access You will have full private access to the entire cottage. There is a laundry and storage area in a shared space to allow the owners access to their garage. Other things to note Due to the country setting and stairs, handicap accessibility is extremely limited. Additionally, with the bathroom being downstairs, and the bedroom being upstairs, please ensure mobility is not a concern. Please message us if you have any questions prior to booking.
