It is conveniently located in north Fresno, a nice and quiet neighborhood, around 10 minutes drive to major freeways. The room is equipped with a clean and comfy queen size bed, a work desk, and strong wifi. The bathroom is located within a few steps from the bedroom, providing easy access for the guests. The space This room is perfect for traveler who is visiting the nearby national parks, or working professional who is in town for a few nights. (COVID-19 UPDATE) We do not provide filtered water for guests. It's highly recommended for guests to bring their own drinking water. Alternatively, there's also a convenient store within five minute drive from the house. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused. Guest access 1. No kitchen usage allowed. Guest(s) still has access to the mini-fridge for food storage, but no cooking and/or baking allowed. 2. Guests will be able to access their own private bedroom. Bathroom is shared with one or two guests from another room (see Airbnb posting: "Travelers?" for more information). 3. Basic amenities (including shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc) are provided. During your stay Host is mostly away from the house; therefore, communications and special accommodation requests are best made via text messages. Host's mother, who speaks basic English, will be in the house to assist and answer any questions that guests may have. Other things to note 1. Our internet speed is 900mbps. This is one of the fastest plans that our internet provider provides. Guests are more than welcomed to work from home, but please make sure the internet speed suits your needs. 2.. Please note that the house is not ADA accessible. We don't have the necessary safety measures in both the bedroom and bathroom for people with walking disability. 3. This listing is exempt by Airbnb to host animal with fur, emotional support animal, or service animal. If you have any question, feel free to reach out to either the host or Airbnb customer service. Please be respectful and do not check in with an animal. 4. We absolutely CANNOT accommodate guest’s guest(s). Please indicate the EXACT number of people that will be staying in the room. Guest's guest who shows up without prior consent will be asked to leave. 5. No shoes in the house. We would like to keep the house as clean as possible, and can only do so if guests follow this strict rule. 6. This room is located next to the shared bathroom. Please be aware that there may be noise when guests shower and use the bathroom in the morning. 7. Please be advised that there is a security camera system installed outside of the house . The camera system captures all images of persons entering and existing the house at any time of the day.
