Haus Marikkendörp is a lovingly equipped holiday home in the idyllic fishing village of Mariendorf on the Mönchgut peninsula. A perfect place to relax and at the same time ideal starting point for hikes and excursions! It is not far to the beaches and the neighboring Baltic Sea resorts. The space Your temporary home offers you a living area of approx. 160 m² spread over two levels. A spacious terrace on the south side, the balcony to the evening sun and the very large garden promise idyllic hours. A breakfast pavilion on an elevated part of the rising slope property is accessible via paved steps and opens up the wonderful view over the house towards the Hagensche Wieck. On the ground floor of the house you will find a very spacious living room, a separate large kitchen and the guest toilet. From the entrance area, you enter the comfortably furnished living area through the large hallway, which invites you to relax on approx. 30 m² with a beautiful couch corner, flat-screen TV and mini stereo system. The spacious relaxation couch in front of the open fireplace allows for cozy hours in front of the crackling fireplace. The large terrace on the south side is equipped with high-quality patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and various small items that complete the excellent facilities. There is also a dining table for 4 people. All rooms on this level are tiled and have underfloor heating that can be individually adjusted in each room. So you can also spend your vacation comfortably in the cool season. A Wi-Fi connection is free of charge. The hallway/loft upstairs is equipped with an additional couch, which can be used as an open sleeping space for two more people. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with modern laminate and each have a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m as well as enough storage space for your vacation wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has another flat-screen TV. From one of the bedrooms you have access to the large furnished balcony on the west side, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, hairdryer and toilet. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces available on the property. The house Marikkendörp is ideal for 1 - 4 people, but can also be booked with up to 6 people thanks to the sofa bed on the hallway gallery on the upper floor.
