On the main floor you will find a cozy family room with TV, fire place and two 10 foot couches perfect for watching movies or napping. A bright, windowed dining/living room overlooks the tree lined private back yard & pool. The indoor dining table seats up to 12 ppl. The modern kitchen has a Viking Professional gas range with griddle and grill. There are two dining tables poolside for 12 guests and a full kitchen in the pool house. Outdoor sofas make a beautiful sitting area to enjoy cocktails & hors d'oeuvres. 6 Adirondack chairs surround a gas fire pit for roasting s'mores. Lounge in a hammock under the trees or play lawn games. Two queen bedrooms on the main floor each with their own bathrooms. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed & bath. Across the hall is a queen size guest room/office (these rooms share a full bath). Two bedrooms in the finished basement - one queen size bed with en suite bath + one bedroom with twin size beds and en suite bath. Basement has a separate sitting room with TV, piano and ping pong table. Laundry room in basement.
