FIRST FLOOR The entrance hall leads to the first floor, which offers a bright and welcoming space integrating the kitchen, living room, dining room and is connected to the sleeping area. The kitchen with kitchenette is equipped with the latest appliances such as oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Inside the living area there is a table for four, where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner with friends or your better half. The living area also has a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair and a 32" TV. Adjacent to the living room is the sleeping area. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and an additional sofa bed for two people. A spacious wardrobe for storing personal belongings completes the furnishings. GROUND FLOOR A spiral staircase leads down to the ground floor where the bathroom is located. The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and attached toilet. You will find linen for all your needs. Guest access The entrance to the flat is through a strong door, which is easy to find as the navigator will take you directly to the entrance of the house. You will be able to make use of the car park in front of the property. The property is easy to find, but the owner of the house will always be waiting for you!
