This accommodation is located just outside the city of Naples, in a quiet area close to public transportation. The local train station is just a 5-minute walk away and will take you to Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii, and Sorrento. Meanwhile, ferries to Capri depart from the “Granatello” port, which is a 5-minute drive away. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for plenty of space and privacy, thanks to the two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The space This accommodation features two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Each room has 160x190 cm beds with 24 cm mattresses, reading lights, USB and MiniUSB ports, air conditioning, WiFi and Ethernet internet, a TV, blackout curtains, heating, and spacious balconies with plants and lighting, offering views of the cone of Mount Vesuvius or the hills of Naples. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, heating, soft towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and a beauty kit. Every bathroom has a window for ventilation and natural light. The common area includes a small corner for preparing breakfast or a light meal, equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle. All kitchen utensils are provided, but for safety reasons, there is no stove. An additional room is available with a table, chairs, and a balcony, where a fifth single bed (90x190 cm) can be set up. Another single bed can be added in the second double bedroom. Filtered water, coffee, and tea are available. The entire apartment is very bright and spacious (approximately 90 square meters), is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest, and was renovated in February 2026. Brochures and local guides are available at the entrance. You will receive a guide written by me to help you plan your outings. I enjoy organizing trips, transfers, and excursions, as well as cooking classes, dinners, and aperitifs with my guests in spectacular locations. Just ask! ------ There are a few important things to note, so please read carefully: -> For reservations for two people, only one double bed (two places) will be prepared. For an additional bed, there is a supplement of €45.00 (one-time charge). -> Parking is available, but it is not very large. It must be requested at the time of booking. -> Early and late check-in is available but only upon request and at an additional cost. -> Due to the presence of 5-6 steps at the entrance and the small size of the doors, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access The accommodation is located in a building from the 1970s, where there are also other apartments. It is located on the third floor, served by an elevator. The entrance is on the front of a historic, narrow, uncrowded street. >>>>>> Attention for people with limited mobility, there are 5 steps before getting to the elevator. Parking is a 2-minute walk away, outside the building. How to Get There: Train -> Line to Torre Annunziata or Poggiomarino “San Giorgio a Cremano ” stop (5-6min) Car -> Highway A3 exit San Giorgio a Cremano (CENTRO) or “Portici Ercolano” (coming from the south). Other things to note The apartment is located in a very populated area.
