Old School Deifeld 10-12 people "Slate House"

Luxurious, modern vacation home, completely renovated in the former caretaker's house of the "Alte Schule Deifeld". In the spacious modern kitchen is a long dining table for 12 people and a separate living room with access to balcony and garden. All rooms have comfortable beds, there is a bathroom with sauna for 2 people. The house is located on the outskirts of the village and is a great base for hiking, biking, skiing and all the other beautiful things the Sauerland has to offer. The space The house is located on three floors. Upon entering, half a staircase leads up to the living floor. Here are the spacious modern kitchen, the large dining table for 12 people, a spacious living room with TV, the wardrobe and separate toilet. The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, spacious fridge and freezer and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The living room gives access to the balcony (morning sun) and from there also to the garden where the sun can be enjoyed in the afternoon on the terrace. In the garden, there is a play/climbing device for the children. There is 1 high chair. Via the staircase, above the living floor is the sleeping floor with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 3 beds and a baby bed and has a bathroom en suite with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 has 3 beds, bedroom 3 has 2 beds and a baby/toddler bed. On this floor is a separate bathroom and separate toilet. The sleeping floor in the basement is accessed via the staircase (half floor). Here are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and sauna for 2 with infrared and Finnish stove, and a separate toilet with sink. All beds can be made up as two single beds or one double bed. Bed linen is provided for the two baby beds. The bedrooms on the top floor have air conditioning. Guest access Alte Schule Deifeld is a former school building and was originally built in three phases, 1903, 1968 and 1985. Between 2018 and 2021, it was completely renovated into a vacation villa. The villa consists of two parts: the former school section and the former manager's house, the Schieferhaus. The Schieferhaus can be rented separately and has its own entrance, balcony and garden with playground and spacious terrace. Parking is in the common parking lot. For the Schieferhaus, 3 to 4 parking spaces are available in the P Schieferhaus section.
