Spacious and very comfortable apartment perfect for 4 guests is located in the Crocetta district and has everything you need for a magnificent stay. We are a few minutes walk from Porta Nuova and the historic center, Nearby there is tram 4 which crosses the entire city and tram 16 which in a few minutes leads to the Polytechnic University. A 10-minute walk from San Salvario, the Turin nightlife area and from the subway. The space Lovely apartment of about 75 square meters is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled because there are some steps at the entrance). The accommodation consists of: KITCHEN: roomy, with a dining zone, fridge, freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka, juicer and kitchen utensils TWO BEDROOMS both with a comfortable queen bed, wardrobe and TV. BATHROOM: equipped with a shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have air conditioning (2 split- in the bedrooms), unlimited free WiFi, iron and ironing board, central heating with thermovalves N.B .: In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; -the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, each additional set € 8.
