The space The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by lift. This air-conditioned apartment offers a very large living room with sofa and TV so you can relax after visiting Venice. The kitchen also equipped with a dishwasher will allow you to cook and enjoy your holiday. The apartment consists of a double bedroom and two single bedrooms. The two bathrooms allow privacy for all guests. The first bathroom has a bathtub, the second bathroom has a shower. In one bathroom there is a free washer/dryer available for the entire stay. For larger groups of friends, additional apartments are available within the residence, allowing everyone to stay close together while enjoying their own private space. Guest access The apartment is easily reachable via Alilaguna from the airport, or on foot or by vaporetto from Piazzale Roma or the train station. You will have access to a guide link to help you explore Venice, with information on restaurants, monuments, gardens, as well as practical tips on vaporetto, passes, transportation, parking, and how to reach the apartment easily, so you can move around the city with comfort and confidence. You will receive the codes for the keyless entry keypad after providing guest information and paying the city tax, allowing you to enter quickly and independently. After your first access, we will also provide a physical key for even easier access during your stay. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and safe check-in and comply with national regulations (art. 109 of the TULPS), all guests must complete our online registration form and pay the city tax before arrival. After booking confirmation, you will receive a message with the link to complete the registration. The Venice city tax is mandatory according to local laws: €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights.
