Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a pleasant stay in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within walking distance. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, a suite with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. All with air conditioning. ￫ Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower. ￫ Living/Dining room The large living room has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6 people. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Good to Know: - Central Heating Unavailable, but AC units guarantee a comfortable temperature throughout the year - Potential for noise: Chiado is a very lively area - Limited Parking: limited street parking in the area, but there are parking garage options in the vicinity - Maintenance works: Maintenance work is underway on the building's facade. Balconies may be closed off to allow for scaffolding. Guest access After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival). Other things to note ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
