The space In a pleasantly quiet location and with a fresh design, the 50 sqm apartment 7 on the mezzanine floor of the Villa Vilmblick invites you to linger and relax. A few steps from the harbor and about 500 m from the end point of the narrow-gauge railway "Rasender Roland" in Lauterbach, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling trips in the Southeast Rügen biosphere reserve. The well 30 m2 high terrace is oriented to the evening sun and accessible from both rooms. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Rügische Bodden to the island of Vilm. In the apartment itself, you have a living room and one bedroom with side water views at your disposal. The light-flooded living room is equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable couch. The open kitchen with adjoining dining area offers everything necessary to feel comfortable here and cook for yourself if you are not eating in one of the places in the village. The bedroom has a large double bed and opaque curtains. The shower room is spacious and contemporary. Apartment 7 can be booked for 1 - 2 persons. In the interest of our subsequent guests and in particular all allergy sufferers, smoking in the apartment and bringing pets are not allowed.
