Apartment Ante is a beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom, living room with 1 sofa bed & 1 bathroom, with shared use of the swimming pool by other apartaments in the house. The apartment is located in Kastel Stari (a lovely town between Trogir and Split). The apartment has beautiful sea views, private parking for 4 cars, barbecue, Wi-Fi, Air-Condition, and close to a lovely beach, stores, and restaurants. The space Apartment Ante is delightfully furnished. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons. The apartment consists of a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living , bedroom and bathroom. Sleeping is in bedroom and living room. Every window in the open plan living and dining area offers beautiful view of the sea. There is 1 bedroom in total, bedroom has a double bed. The one bathroom is fully equipped including washing machine.The apartment provides all the amenities you'll require during your stay ( free Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, dish washer, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, bed linen ). There are 4 private parking spaces in front of the house. Everything in the apartment is there for you with no limitation, including Wi-Fi, air condition, private parking, barbecue, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. I will be present or someone from my family upon guests' arrival and departure and at their request, I will also be at their disposal during their stay. ABOUT KAŠTELA: Kaštela are picturesque small towns in central Dalmatia near Split and Trogir and Solin. Today's Kaštela developed around seven small villages which used to be fortresses (Kaštela) and villages with fortified walls beside the coast. The beaches of Kastela Riviera are made of 6 km long bays and bathing places, covered by deep shade of pines and tamaris. You can enjoy the "Kaštela Cultural Summer" that take place every year from July 1st to August 31st . There are over 60 exhibitions, theatre shows, pop and classical music concerts, folklore, sport events and festivities (fisherman's, hunters', mountaineers'). Events are held at the most attractive places at the historic centers, castles and by the sea. We especially highlight the “Evenings of Dalmatian Songs" held every July in Kaštel Stari. Traditional a Capella singing arranged in modern or traditional manner is cherished there. Apt Ante is located in Kastel Stari – in Central Dalmatia (Kaštel Stari is located between Split and Trogir). You can reach the apartment by plane (Split Airport is 5km away), car, train (station is in Kaštel Stari is 800m away) , by boat ( Kaštela Marina is 4 km away). DISTANCES FROM THE APARTMENT: -Airport Split: 5 km-local bus nr. 37 goes every 20 minutes to Split Airport & every 20 min from Split Airport to Kastel Stari. Bus station (900 meters from the apartment). -Beach: 1500 meters -Ferry station: Split 13 km -Marina Kaštela: 4 km -Train station:800 m (few times per day local train goes from Kastel Stari train station to Split Riva (only 15min to get to Split Riva and very cheap tickets). -Trogir 10 km-(local bus nr.37 goes every 20 min to Trogir. Bus station only 900 m from Apt) We can organize transport for guests with additional cost. The check-out time is usually until 10:00 AM. and check -in time usually from 14:00 PM, unless otherwise stated during the reservation process, meaning this can be arranged individually
