With 3 single beds and 1 king size bed and private bathroom, this room is ideal for families, work crews or groups of friends. Located just 2km outside of Fermoy, County Cork and just at exit 14 from the M8 motorway, beside the circle k service station(with McDonald's) it's the ideal location as a base to tour the south of the country, work locally or just to relax. The space This room is a super space. Its a massive room with a mini sitting room in the middle, netflix and a dining table, it's almost like an apartment, except no kitchen, although there is a kitchen fully available to use downstairs. People really enjoy staying here because of the relaxed and easy going atmosphere, modern facilities, large selection of self service breakfast, cleanliness and central location in the south of the country. Guest access Guests have full access to the kitchen, self service breakfast, the sunroom(common area) with all sports and movie channels available , free parking and the 3 acres of land around the house. During your stay I generally leave guests to do their own thing but I'm always available. text is the best way to communicate with me pre arrival.
