This charming period loft is located in the heart of idyllic Erfurt, in the popular Andreasvorstadt neighbourhood and just a short walk to the center. The apartment features a quiet double bedroom, a lounge with open kitchen and dining area as well as a cozy TV corner with an additional large sofa bed. Due to the high ceilings, the warm brick wall and the unique interior design style, the apartment is a masterpiece in Erfurt. The space The loft-like combination of an open kitchen, dining room and cosy TV area invites you to enjoy the warm atmosphere of the flat. The apartment features treasuries curated throughout my frequent travels. However, the focus is on minimalistic space and authenticity rather than on shiny designer objects. Wooden floors, tasteful and individual furniture underline the calm and warm feeling of the space. I think it's fair to say that the guests feel at ease immediately. Set-up: The flat features one double bedrooms for two people, a large foldout double sofa-bed in the living room for two people plus a bright bathroom and a storage room. The heart of the space definitely is the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for relaxed cooking in small groups and enjoying a pleasant dinner afterwards in the dining room. Altogether the space is most atmospheric at night, when the warm light creates a cosy feeling. Impossible to capture on pictures, you're invited to come and experience for yourself. Guest access I have put years in decorating and crafting the flat and I would ask to respect it and treat it like your own please. No parties or loud gatherings unfortunately possible. Please respect the neighbours inside the flat as well as outside around the house. Other things to note There are free parking places available around the flat :)
