The space The space R House II is a newly built semi-detached house on the ground floor, located in Budoni very close to the center in a new and elegant residential area in a dominant hillside position just a few minutes' walk from the services, its location is not only very comfortable, well ventilated with views of the surrounding hills, facing the center and Piazza Italia and its shops, which is really a few steps away and therefore very convenient to the pedestrian area where in the evening, during the summer season, there is a colorful night market, restaurants, supermarkets, services and shops that can be easily reached on foot. The property is furnished in a modern style with attention to detail, equipped with all the comforts you would like to find in a home. Inside, it has a bright living room with a kitchenette made to measure by a local craftsman, with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ventilated oven, coffee machine, mini-blender, toaster, 5-burner gas hob, dishes, wine glasses, etc. A seating area with a custom-made double sofa bed, equipped with a comfortable traditional high mattress to ensure maximum comfort, HD SMART-TV, unlimited wi-fi, Netflix, board games, books, maps and itineraries... The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a hairdryer, bath products, a storage room with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products.
