The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Anger-Crottendorf-Herrnhuterstraße. There is a bus stop close to the apartment, about 20 meters away. The bus can take you to the city center within about 10 minutes. There is also the possibility to use the S-Bahn, which is approx. 5 minutes by walk. The apartment has underfloor heating. In the open dining area of the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and glasses and pots. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. There is a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, as well as Wi-Fi.
