Luxury 2 bedroom APT 2 min from Puerto Rico beach

Modern two bedroom apartment is only 2 minutes by walk from the beach in Puerto Rico. It is close to the shops and other facilities. Apartment has a two bedrooms, large living room with a dining room together and fully equipped kitchen. It has one bathroom and a terrace with a small garden. Other things to note Check in is from 16 till 20 p.m. Please follow this hours. If you need check in different hours, please let me know. Late check in after 8 p.m. will be charged for 20 eur. At the place there will be 100 eur depozit for the keys. At the day of check out depozit will be returned to you against the keys. At the apartment is wifi (limited data). Thanks for understanding. For cases of last minute bookings we need some time to prepare your apartment. In general to clean all outside areas and prepare your bedrooms with freshly cleaned beddings.
