Harbourside Court 1 (maximum occupancy 4 adults per apartment) PET FRIENDLY The space Situated in the heart of Dartmouth, these two well-appointed and recently refurbished apartments are located on the first and second floors of Harbourside Court. Each apartment has uninterrupted views of the River Dart. There is a balcony with seating which can be accessed from the living/dining area where you can enjoy the stunning views. You are within walking distance of the many pubs, restaurants, shops and activities this lovely town has to offer. Each apartment has: Two bedrooms – 1 x double, 1 x single bed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge Family bathroom Open plan living / dining area Fitted kitchen with modern appliances FREE Parking is included with property, A space FOR 1 VEHICLE ONLY is reserved in VICTORIA RD, APPROX 10 MINUTES WALK FROM APARTMENT Bed linen and towels are included in the rent Pets are allowed. There is an additional charge of £50 per pet per week. Pet rules. We accept well behaved pets ( sorry-no puppies under 12 months old and subject to a maximum of 2 per property). We kindly ask that: - you do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture - you do not leave your pet(s) unattended - you do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet - you clean up after your pet.
