My house is located right on the sea coast, where you will have a private entrance to the sea. Built of coastal stone, the house is ideal for someone who wants to spend their vacation in privacy and peace surrounded my Mediterranean nature. In short, you are in the right place if you really want to feel the Mediterranean. The space My 68m2 house is consist of the two levels. On the first level is a living room equipped with comfortable sofa which can be a bed for 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen with dining area like flat screen TV also etc... On the second level is located bedroom with queen size bed for 2 persons like 2 single beds also. Please have on your mind that house is suitable for 4 persons. House is equipped with 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace with deckchairs and entrance to the sea is also available to all guests like one more terrace hidden in authentic Mediterranean greenery, which creates shade in warm sunny days. Guests will have few entrances to the sea around the house. Also outdoor barbecue is available to all our guests. Parking space is located on the street and it is located 60m from the house. Guest access Guest can use whole place for themselves like garden and terraces which are situated next to the sea. Other things to note - Parking: There is one parking space available on the street, from parking space to my house you have to walk for 60meters because house is located next to the sea itself, and parking space is nearest point to my house for the car, someone will meet you at arrival and help you with everything. - City taxes: Please have on your mind that city taxes are not included in price - At your request we can help you with transfer or rent a car, also if you need assistance with anything we will be there to help you.
