We look forward to welcoming you to the Rua das Flores themed Suite, and to make your stay in Curitiba memorable! The Rua das Flores suite comfortably sleeps 3-6 people. This cozy room has three bunk beds, closet, table, chairs and a huge bathroom. The bedroom is on the ground floor, with great wifi, ideal for home office. Enjoy lots of comfort and a sense of home during your stay! The space The house is in the Jardim Botânico neighborhood, a quiet and residential neighborhood. We have other rooms on the property, all themed, honoring Curitiba. Then you will have the opportunity to find other travelers in the common areas:) For 12 years we have worked as a hostel, being the highest rated in the city on most websites. And now we've adapted our space to AirBnb, so that our guests have even more comfort and privacy. But what never changes is the love, affection, and joy with which we welcome everyone! Guest access In the common areas of the house, shared with the other guests, you will have access to the bathroom, a full kitchen (7am to 10pm), canopy, living room, workspace/study. We have a backyard with some parking spaces. As spaces are limited, it is necessary to book in advance and check availability. Parking is paid for separately. There are also several parking spaces in the street in front, so it's very quiet to park. We are close to the wonderful Botanical Garden, Curitiba's postcard, and with easy access to tourist attractions. We are close to the tourist bus stop, Rodoferroviária, Mercado Municipal, universities, hospitals. In the area there are supermarkets (3 blocks), bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Our check-in time is from 2 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m. - In respect of other guests and neighbors, silence should be made between 10pm and 7am. - No entry of non-hosted and registered people. - No parties allowed. - We do not accept pets. - It is not allowed to smoke in any of the indoor areas (neither in the bedrooms nor in the common areas). - Our parking has limited spaces, so it is necessary to check availability in advance and make the reservation. The amount is R$15.00 per night. - Extra bed and bath linens or cleaning during the stay are charged separately.
