Forced Air, stay cool on those Hot Summer and fall nights... New front patio with Gas Fire Pit. Rear patio W/ BBQ, both have Teak furniture & plenty of privacy. Close to Santa Barbara and wineries to the North and PCH and Malibu to the South.. Beach is steps away and seems like a private beach. The harbor is walking distance... The space Aloha Hueneme, our resting place!! Large Living areas, and double lot, with lawn and front and rear patios. Our Beach House, on Hueneme Ave has been remodeled and decorated with vintage Rattan furniture, modern kitchen, travertine and bamboo floors. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, living room, kitchen, and garage. 58" cable TV, Wi-Fi, & Stereo. Large yard for relaxing, playing and entertaining. This House is close to being handicap accessible, except for one step into the family room and standard thresholds. Forced Air and Heat to keep you comfortable.... New Patio in front with Fire Pit and Bocce Ball grass area Enclosed outdoor shower, with hot and cold water!! We Clean and disinfect extensively in accordance with AIRBNB guidelines. All linens are washed and replaced before every stay. COVID Changes We follow social distancing guidelines. We space bookings with 1 nights between each booking. Guest access Full access to the property and contents. Front Yard patio with Fire Pit New Outdoor Private Shower!! Side Yard Grass Bocce Ball area!! Well equipped kitchen has most everything that you will need. Garage has Beach cruisers, Surfboards, boogie board, beach chairs, ice chest and sand toys!! BBQ Teak table and chairs on rear patio... Other things to note Naval Base to the north, but it is mainly civilian workers and quiet. The only thing you will notice is the Star Spangle Banner every morning at 8:00 AM and Taps at Sundown every night... it's kinda cool... Beach is a mile long and feels like a private beach!!
