Modern, open-concept townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms built in July 2018. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. This home is the biggest end-unit of the complex with views of San Diego bay or the city skyline from the second and third floors. Please DM me if you need more days than are on calendar. Easy access to Interstate 5 (I-5). About 10 minutes to downtown San Diego, 15 min. to Airport, US Naval Base (32nd Street), Balboa Park, and the World Famous San Diego Zoo. The space We have been SUPERHOSTS most years since October 2018. Our home is spotless. Please message us if you have any questions about our home or scheduling. Northwestern Chula Vista is an upcoming neighborhood, and the second largest city in San Diego County. This 2,013 sqft (187 m2) home is located right next to the I-5 freeway where the city of Chula Vista begins, parallel to the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge and the Pacific Ocean beyond. There is free public street parking directly facing the front door of our home. Attached garage parking for two (2) average-sized vehicles is included in the rental. Please be sure to return the garage control or you will be charged $150.00 to replace and program each new control. IMPORTANT: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GUEST PARKING WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX. YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED. This is the newest construction in the area with quick access to I-5, 54 Fwy, 805 Fwy, and the Trolley Transit Center. Due to the proximity of our home next to the freeway and trolley tracks, our home may not be suitable for those who are extremely sensitive to noise, although dual-pane windows significantly minimize the sound. All guests staying 30 days or more will be required to sign a Temporary Lease Agreement required by our HOA. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about specific dates or length of reservations. Chula Vista Center shopping mall with a nice selection of eateries is only 1.5 miles away. Guest access The person making reservations is responsible for their entire group.  We have a strict 8 person maximum occupancy in our home. Only registered guests are allowed to sleep in this rental. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP IS AWARE OF ALL HOUSE RULES.  Please be aware that security cameras are set-up to monitor outside the front door and the garage. There are no cameras inside the home. Please respect our neighbors and the property grounds.  Enjoy full access inside the home and on the private, furnished front patio.  The onsite, community, family-friendly swimming pool and barbeque grill area may be restricted at times due to cleaning.  The garbage and recycle bins are located in our private side yard.  Garbage day is on Wednesdays, and we ask for your assistance to take out the bins on Tuesday night and/or bring in the bins on Wednesday afternoon if your stay extends over a Wednesday.  The 1200 sqft (112 m2), private side-yard is currently in the planning stage and not in use. Other things to note The home is a three story building, including a set of stairs from the street to the front door. - First Floor: garage and bedroom with queen size bed and en suite full bath (shower); garage parking is included in rental - Second Floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, powder room (half-bath), balcony, and laundry room - Third Floor: master bedroom with king size bed and en suite master bath (shower), full-bathroom with double sinks and bath tub, second bedroom with queen size bed, third bedroom is currently setup as an office/reading room, but the couch easily converts to full-size bed if desired; linens for sofa bed are stored within the chaise lounge (lift-up).
