You will be charged accordingly if either rule is broken. $1000 for each rule broken Service dogs pose a problem because there is a shared garage and washer/dryer area as well as the courtyard leading to both entrances. Some renters have severe allergies and or fear of animals and this is a problem for the other potential renters who are renting under the premise that it is a no pet place.
