Plenty of parking in driveway in front of gate and on street. Keyless entry system. 48" Roku TV with Netflix. Nice backyard with comfortable patio furniture. Hot tub NO SMOKING, NO PETS Guest access Guests may access the entire house, the yard and the hot tub in the back. No access is given to the detached garage. Guests do not get keys to driveway gate which locked for safety so parking in driveway is in front of gate. Please leave room for gate to open at least enough for trash bins. Other things to note Garbage pick up is Thursday morning so someone needs to come by to take out the cans Wednesday and bring them in Thursday. A gardener comes to maintain the yard every other Friday usually in afternoon. There is a hot tub available that requires regular maintenance usually Saturday afternoon. My home has a keyless electronic deadbolt. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, I ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
