We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note - Security Deposit: ₹ 2500 per room - The living room has no air conditioning. 3 out of 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the home has one shared bathroom. Please note, that the 4th bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. - Bonfire can be provided at an additional charge, upon request. - There are two indies on the property. In case of any issues, you can contact the caretaker. - Two cars can be conveniently parked within the villa premises. There is extra parking space available which will be charged additionally. - Two extra guests can be accommodated in each room on extra mattresses. - Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. As the monsoon season approaches and coastal winds sweep through Alibaug, occasional power fluctuations or outages may occur due to weather conditions or regional restrictions. - In the event of a power interruption, our reliable generator backup will be switched on promptly to ensure minimal inconvenience. Please note the following: - Diesel charges will apply after 8 hours of generator usage, at the rate of ₹800 per hour thereafter. - Maintenance Breaks: To prevent overheating and ensure smooth operation, the generator must be switched off for 30 minutes after every 2 hours of continuous use. Power Conservation: During backup power periods, we kindly request guests to refrain from using high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers, so that the system remains stable for everyone’s comfort. - While our team will be on standby to assist during such instances, we appreciate your understanding that power outages due to external factors are beyond our control.
