The upper floor is separated from the lower floor by a spiral staircase, not accessible for people with special needs and reduced mobility. In the suite below, 2 single beds, and extra mattresses. In addition, in the apartment we have a kitchen with a cooktop, cabinets, sandwich maker, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and kitchen utensils (basic) dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. On the upper floor there is also a brewery and a barbecue. Guest access The condominium has an excellent water park, 5 swimming pools with temperatures ranging from 25, 33 and 36 degrees, available only to guests. One of the pools has a waterfall and sauna, plus 3 hot tubs with an average temperature of 40 degrees. In the lower part of the green area, we also have a thermal river, private to guests with a running water pool. In the lower part of the river, there is also a natural lounger. For children and teenagers, the condominium offers a game room, TV room, gym and sand court for the general public. All Thermas Paradise flats charge guests an occupancy fee and a parking fee (if used). The occupancy fee per night, charged at check-in, is R$10.00 per person over 11 years of age. If the guest uses the parking lot, R$ 25.00 per night will be charged. Parking is limited to 1 space per flat (rotating spaces - subject to availability). In cases of low season, the possibility of having one more space may be checked with the administration, provided that there is additional payment for the supplementary space. All flats have a voltage of 220 V. The water park is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The use of thermal boxes and bags; instruments/sound boxes of any kind; sharp or glass objects in the condominium's leisure area is not allowed.
