The space This spectacular apartment is located on the beautiful beach of La Patacona, it is recently renovated (July 2024) with the best taste and with all the details to make it charming, comfortable and very pleasant. It consists of two carefully furnished and decorated bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, patio and wonderful terrace with sea views, to enjoy unforgettable sunsets and a delicious drink, nuanced by the sea breeze and the pleasant climate that always accompanies this region of Spain. which has an average annual temperature of 17 ºC and rarely falls below 10 ºC. The apartment designed for rest, is very bright and quiet and is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests, who upon arrival will find everything exquisitely arranged to make their holidays unforgettable. It has details such as a water purifying filter, which guarantees our guests pure water to drink all the time, as well as a gas heater, which offers hot water permanently. We have high-speed WIFI and a 55-inch SmartTV, so that in your moments of rest at home you can enjoy your favorite content from Youtube, Netflix, and HBO, among others. We have hot or cold air conditioning pump, for the comfort of our visitors, according to the season. All the furniture and appliances are new and the kitchen is fully equipped: stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the kitchenware required so that your passage through the kitchen does not have any stumbles. In our house you will be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Spanish wine, as well as chocolates and coffee, to make your arrival even more enjoyable. Guest access The apartment, located on a third floor (which is equivalent to a fifth), has a 24-hour concierge, with private parking included in the rental value and is located within a set of three buildings, being one of the few in the area that has private swimming pools (adults and children), for the enjoyment of our visitors at times determined by the administration, depending on the season (from mid June/mid September) Additionally, the building has two mini markets, which supply most of the needs that our guests may have, related to food and hygiene products. It should be noted that access to the building and the apartment is enabled for all types of guests (reduced mobility, baby carriages), since there is no need to use stairs to access the building or the apartment. Everything is at street level and what is not, is accessed through the use of elevators. Other things to note The area where we are located is exceptional, allowing our guests to enjoy the beach just a few steps from the entrance or visit the wonderful city of Valencia. Patacona Beach is approximately 1 km long and has an average width of 110 meters. It features fine sand, water sports, accessible areas for people with reduced mobility, seaside markets along the promenade, numerous beach bars during the summer season, and a wide variety of restaurants offering excellent cuisine throughout the year, making it a wonderful place to enjoy in any season. In terms of travel times to places of interest, by car it takes 18 minutes to reach Joaquín Sorolla train station, 25 minutes to Valencia International Airport, 13 minutes to the City of Arts and Sciences, and 25 minutes to Albufera Natural Park. Just outside the building there is a bus stop with direct connections to Valencia’s city center, passing through the Malvarrosa and Cabanyal neighborhoods, both well worth exploring. At the building entrance you will also find a MIBISI Valencia station, where you can rent bicycles to explore the extensive network of cycling routes (over 200 km of dedicated bike lanes), reaching Valencia’s city center in just 22 minutes. Among the many activities you can enjoy in the city are strolling through its beautiful streets, discovering hidden corners, tasting the delights of the Central Market, stepping back in time at the Silk Exchange, enjoying lunch or dinner at outstanding restaurants offering some of the finest cuisine in Spain, taking a boat trip from the Marina, walking through the former Turia riverbed surrounded by nature in the heart of the city, visiting the City of Arts and Sciences, exploring the Oceanogràfic, enjoying a day of shopping, relaxing with a glass of wine on a terrace, hiking in the nearby mountains, visiting Albufera Natural Park, and experiencing a magical sunset aboard a traditional local boat.
