The space Perfect for 4/5 people, this spacious appartment is prepared for your vacations, with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, wi-fi, clean towels and bed sheets. As this is a residential building we kindly ask you to be considerate and respectful of your neighbours, specially during quiet hours, between 10 pm and 9 am. Parties are not allowed. Guest access Free access to the pool Other things to note HOUSE RULES -Check-in & Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is at 15:00 (3 pm) or later and our standard checkout time is until 11:00, as we require this time to ensure a thorough cleaning between guests. Exceptions may occur, please ask us. - Guest Registration: Every guest staying with us must complete the mandatory accommodation bulletin. Only those listed on this form are permitted to stay in the apartment. - Accessibility: Please note that our building has stairs inside and is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. - Sofa Bed Usage: If you intend to use the sofa beds, kindly inform us during the booking process so that we can provide the necessary bed linen. Otherwise, we will assume you are a couple, and linens for one bed will be prepared. - Quiet Hours: Please respect the hours of silence between 10 pm and 9 am. - No Parties or Extra Guests: Under no circumstances are parties or additional guests allowed. - Reservation Agreement: At check-in, all guests are required to read and sign the reservation agreement. - Apartment Maintenance: Before leaving the apartment, please switch off all electronic devices, close windows and doors, take out the garbage, and leave the apartment tidy. - Compliance: Failure to adhere to these rules may result in expulsion from the apartment without reimbursement.
