One sleeps three: it has two twin beds and a trundle roll-out bed for one. The second bedroom has a large full-size bed an an extra twin bed. The main level also includes the kitchen, a breakfast room, a formal dining room, a formal living room and one and half bathrooms. The kitchen opens to the open-air center patio. The lower level has a second master bedroom and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom has sliding-glass doors that open to the deck and the garden. The garden has palm trees and a redwood tree. In the two car garage we have a foosball table. You're welcome to use the washer and dryer. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house except for a few locked closets. We left plenty of empty closet space for your belongings. We have Netflix/Amazon setup on the tv so you can enjoy streaming movies on demand during your stay. Other things to note The garage is very spacious. It is a 2 car garage with an additional spot in the driveway.
