A separate toilet as well as a garage with an American fridge, a washing machine and a dryer complete this level (the owners' car does not allow another vehicle to be parked and it is reserved for their sole use) Upstairs, a landing serves a master suite (with shower and toilet) on one side, and on the other a bedroom with sofa/bed allowing access to another master suite with the same characteristics as the previous one.
