Charming family home within the city walls, with quiet and shaded patio, sleeping 6 people. The space On an area of 110 m², the house is composed on the ground floor, a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen (gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, food processor, filter coffee maker and Nespresso), all 2 articulated around a 35 m² patio with a fountain and a brick barbecue. A separate toilet as well as a garage with an American fridge, a washing machine and a dryer complete this level (the owners' car does not allow another vehicle to be parked and it is reserved for their sole use) Upstairs, a landing serves a master suite (with shower and toilet) on one side, and on the other a bedroom with sofa/bed allowing access to another master suite with the same characteristics as the previous one. To ensure optimal comfort, bed linen and towels will be offered as an option (to be paid upon check-in) and a minimum of consumables will be available (coffee, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper).
