Located on the upper floor, the house offers spacious rooms, excellent natural ventilation and beautiful views of the Atlantic Forest and the Rio de Contas, the postcard of Itacaré. The sunset can be enjoyed from the balcony, an invitation to slow down after a day at the beach. With high ceilings, windows that favor cross ventilation, and well-distributed spaces, the house is a great option for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, practicality, and contact with nature. The space The house has a large integrated social area, combining the living room, kitchen and balcony overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary items for a comfortable stay, including a 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator, cold water dispenser, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, pots and pans, utensils and dishes. The living room has several spaces for rest and a 60-inch Smart TV. The main bathroom is spacious and is accessed through the living room. There is also a toilet in one of the bedrooms and a shower stall accessible from the balcony. Both showers are electric. On the balcony, there is also a barbecue grill and a laundry tub. The rooms and the mezzanine have portable fans. In addition, the arrangement of the windows provides excellent air circulation, keeping the rooms pleasant throughout the day. Both bedrooms have a private balcony with a hammock and chairs, from where you can enjoy the view of the Rio de Contas and feel the constant breeze coming from the river. The mezzanine is integrated with the living room and is usually a space that is very popular with children.
