The modern kitchen has an open floorplan and contains two tables for dining or working. With a view of the backyard from the kitchen sink, natural light also enters the room through glass double-doors. Winston Churchill once said, “Never stand when you can sit down. Never sit down when you can lie down.” Well, you can sit or sleep in the master bedroom, and you will do it beneath a ceiling fan. The master bedroom also has an attached full bath. Two smaller bedrooms with ceiling fans, twin nightstands, and plenty of soft light are gentle and soothing. They each have closet space and share a bathroom. The Costilla Concert Connection has central air conditioning, washer and dryer access, and both of the bathrooms have been recently remodeled. The giant backyard is privately fenced and is accessed through the kitchen. Relax on the patio, stretch out on the lawn, or have a picnic at the picnic table. The yard has numerous, well-established trees, so you will easily be able to find your own perfect balance of sun and shade.
