Haendel meets Banksy! Welcome to our unique 2-room apartment in the popular Paulusviertel. The Apartment am Wasserturm combines vintage and industrial design in a modern flat in an old building. Ideal for families, couples, a group but also for business travelers. We can accommodate up to 5 guests. Equipped with many other extras such as high-speed wifi, smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, you can feel at home and relax and unwind after a hard day. The space outdoor area The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful old building apartment. You can reach the apartment at the water tower via a staircase in the stairwell. Living area Through the hallway you enter the living area with a cozy couch in a vintage look to relax after long excursions. A soft carpet over high-quality laminate and an ammunition box converted into a coffee table invite you to linger. A 55-inch smart TV on the wall offers plenty of entertainment. A special highlight is the almost 100-year-old massive display cabinet. Kitchen and dining The kitchen can also be reached via the hallway. Here you will find the kitchen with everything you need for the preparation of full meals (oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge-freezer combination, coffee maker, microwave and kettle). In the dining area, 5 people can be accommodated at the beautiful dining table Bathrooms The bathroom can be reached via the kitchen. Equipped with a shower, toilet, storage facilities and a large mirror, you have everything you need there. Bedrooms The bedroom can be reached via the hallway. It is located to the left of the front door. The room is bright and invitingly industrially designed. Here you will find a king size bed (1.80 x 2.0 m) as well as a standard bed (0.9 x 2.00 m) in which you can sleep well. You can put your clothes on the open barrier element Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Feel at home! We are not on site, but can be reached by phone, text or message system. Please keep in mind, however, that you are booking a vacation rental and not a hotel with a 24/7 counter ;-).
