Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin. The space The private entrance to the walkout basement apartment is accessed by walking down a small grassy hill at the end of the driveway/parking lot. The bottom of the hill can get a bit soggy if we have heavy rains. You may want to pack boots if there is snow or rain in the forecast. Your hosts, Mark and Shana, live in the main part of the house. Waldeck Creek Studio Loft is Mark's working art Studio, and is rented mostly on weekends. Other things to note We have a farm cat, Mouser, living on our property. He has a bed in our garage. Please do not bring him inside. The walk to the Airbnb private entrance is down a small, grassy hill. It may not be suitable for elderly or others with mobility disabilities. The snack/coffee bar is furnished with paper products, simple breakfast/snack items, small microwave, dorm-sized frig, toaster, and coffee machine. Grill is shared with hosts on the main level deck. (No kitchen sink.)
