The dining area does NOT have a STOVE. 3rd floor meditation room with skylights and sitting area with LCD. ALL APARTMENT AREA IS PRIVATE. Home backs up to woods and back garden. NO CLEANING FEES. For clarification guests access the second and third floor area thru front porch and enter a private foyer. Access to second floor is a set of stairs. The front door to the foyer can be locked. This entrance is exclusive to guests. I live on bottom floor with my dog and cat. I enter my area thru a rear entrance. The second and third floor is not shared and only for guest use. Amazon Alexa speaker in dining area and portable bluetooth speaker to stream music. Private guest wifi network. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and public digital channels. Third floor includes a sitting area with a LCD TV and a meditation room with skylights and part of my orchid collection in winter. In summer there is small deck and gardens with both flowers and a raised bed vegetable garden. The house backs up to woods. Gardening is one of my passions. Access to propane grill and picnic table in summer. The third floor roof has 5 skylights. There are smoke alarms on every floor. A carbon monoxide detector is on the first floor. The backyard backs up to woods. Lots of birds and occasional deer, fox, chipmunk, etc. There is no fence but large privacy hedges of arborvitaes on both sides. I have a small dog (Tara), very sweet and perfectly safe around children. There is also a cat who is confined to the downstairs.The dog is confined to the downstairs also. If you are bringing a pet I would like to discuss. The space is not well suited for a large dog and although the property is sizeable it is not fenced.
