Beautiful waterfront cottage on Sharbot Lake

Beautiful waterfront property. Multiple decks facing Sharbot Lake for great for lounging and sunset watching. Cottage is bright, with large windows, screened in porch, all facing the water view. The lake is great for boating, has clean water, great fishing, and a great beach in town. The cottage finishings are very comfortable including two luxury mattresses for comfortable sleeping. Canoe, 2 SUP boards, kayaks, life jackets, pool noodles etc. all available on site for use. Other things to note Absolutely no parties or binge drinking gatherings. The neighbours cottage is close by (100 ft). They are retired and live at the cottage and do no appreciate noise, especially late at night. We are constantly texting so he'll let me know right away. If you are looking for a quiet weekend / week, this is the spot for you. If you are looking to party this will not be a good fit (sorry). If you have little ones, we have a Guava Lotus Travel crib at the cottage, also a child seat the latches onto the table. There are also some toys, books and a sandbox for little kids to play in .
