An iron and ironing board are provided directly in the suite. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, where you will also find a snack and beverage vending machine. All floors of the building are conveniently accessible by lift. Other things to note The Domresidenz is neither a classic hotel nor an ordinary holiday apartment. Our historic townhouse is home to three spacious Apartment Suites – created for guests who enjoy living independently, while still appreciating comfort, atmosphere and personal hospitality. Arriving by car is straightforward: you can drive directly to the house to unload your luggage conveniently. Afterwards, your car can be parked in the nearby Parkhaus am Dachauplatz, just a few minutes’ walk from the Domresidenz. For the start of the day, you have several options: in your suite’s own kitchen, you can prepare breakfast just the way you like it – including a Nespresso coffee machine. A bakery is located close by. If you prefer to have breakfast out, you will find charming cafés and a varied gastronomic offering around the Domresidenz, all within easy walking distance. A special comfort in our historic townhouse is the lift: all floors of the Domresidenz are easily accessible – a detail that is by no means a matter of course in a listed building in the heart of the Old Town.
