We simply ask that you care for and love this home as much as we do. Guest access Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the main residence and the expansive five-acre property. Every curated space, from the chef’s kitchen to the mountain-facing deck, is yours to experience. This includes access to a private downstairs suite located within the garage area, which features its own kitchenette, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Whether you are gathering in the main house or utilizing the additional lower-level living quarters, every part of the estate is designed to ensure your stay remains a peaceful and uninterrupted sanctuary. Other things to note Parking: Parking at Shining Mountain is limited, and we kindly ask guests to plan accordingly. To ensure property access and neighborhood courtesy, please limit your party to no more than three standard vehicles, or a maximum of one vehicle and one trailer. Because space for larger equipment is restricted, guests planning to bring a truck and trailer configuration should contact management for a general inquiry regarding availability. Please ensure all vehicles remain within the designated driveway, as parking on access roads is prohibited. If your group requires space beyond these limits, additional parking can be arranged nearby for a fee. Please contact property management prior to arrival to coordinate these arrangements, as off-site space is also limited and subject to availability.
