This single family home is located in a beautiful/quiet neighborhood yet it is only 3 minutes from route 202 and 5 minutes from I-95. Downtown Wilmington is a 10 minute drive and the home is also close to Nemours, A.I. Children’s hospital, Astra Zeneca, Du Pont Experimental Station, Wilmington University, Widner Law School and other North Wilmington/Talleyville attractions. The space Two bedrooms, private hallway bathroom and shared kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the two bedrooms, private bathroom, kitchen and the washer and dryer downstairs. During your stay You can call or text me if I am not present at the home. You can even text me when I am at home! Other things to note *The rental price includes the use of two bedrooms even if only one guest is staying. If two guests are staying I charge $15 for the second guest. *I live on the property and my bedroom is across the hall. I have my own private bath however so your bathroom will not be shared.
