Perfect for families and groups, the home even features a climbing wall/bouldering cave for adventurous guests. After a day exploring nearby attractions (USAFA/USOC/Pikes Peak/GOG), unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the Colorado stars. The space We're back! After living in this dream house for the last 3 years from 2023-2026 and making a bunch of incredible improvements (outdoor kitchen-natural gas so you never need to worry about running out, shade structures to keep you cool in the summer, outdoor dining-watching the sunset from this backyard oasis is priceless, and hot tub-kept at 104 degrees!), we are returning to making it available to book on AirBnb! We are so excited to once again welcome guests to Colorado Springs and take incredible care of you as our reviews show we love to! We have owned this house for decades and it has been so full of love. We are extremely close with all of our neighbors and they are also extremely kind to our guests, they enjoy this house being an AirBnb as well! We are so excited to share this love with you! There are 2 Smart 4K TV's in the house for the whole family for some HULU/Netflix/Amazon Prime after your adventures! There is incredibly fast WIFI (567.4 Mbps d/l) for up to 10 devices. We have updated the HVAC system and it will keep the house extremely cool in the summer or cozy warm in the winter. There is an oversized water heater that can supply hot, hot water to all guests simultaneously if needed. You can book with confidence knowing we are fully licensed and permitted with the city A-STRP-25-0618. Check-in is simple and easy. We utilize an electronic lock on the front door, and will provide a personal code for your visit. This code is discarded and replaced with each guest. For guest safety and property security there are three exterior cameras covering the driveway, street, and backyard areas. These cameras record but are not actively monitored. We only allow the registered guests to be staying on the property and do not allow parties (beyond your families party!) or event/gatherings. This house can only legally hold 10 guests per city ordinance. We love going above and beyond to welcome families and friends to Colorado Springs and would be thrilled to assist you during your time in this incredible city! You will have access to the living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, family room, garage and climbing wall with free weights and slackline, backyard with outdoor kitchen and dining area, seating area, natural gas grille and fire pit and hot tub and sporting equipment available for use in the city park directly out the back gate. There are several locked cabinets throughout the property, a locked crawl space and one locked closet, these just store our personal belongings, AirBnb supplies and cleaning supplies.
