Discover the Chapître Room at Clos Ceres, a magnificent 1820s building located in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation on the Burgundy Wine Route, which I recently took over with great enthusiasm. This refined room welcomes you in an authentic and prestigious setting. The 450m² guest area (on the 900m² of the property) benefits from its own independence, ensuring tranquility and privacy while respecting our family life. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 The space The Chapter Room is a superior room, with a view of the park. It will seduce you with its warm atmosphere, its cozy bed of 160cm and its very spacious private bathroom with shower and corner bath. The neat layout and refined details create a harmonious environment where it's good to recharge. Take full advantage of the common areas: equipped kitchen for your snacks, billiard room for social moments, relaxation room with piano for music lovers, and gym for the most motivated (bodybuilding station and other fun accessories). Our 5000 m² park with majestic trees invites you to walk and contemplate. There is also a petanque court and a basketball court. Breakfast, included in your stay, is a privileged moment to taste homemade specialties and local products, including my fresh juices prepared every morning, served in our friendly dining room or in the garden on sunny days. Take advantage of the landscaped garden and our heated pool (open in the warm season) to relax with a glass of local wine - my husband, a wine professional and trader, also offers a beautiful selection of Burgundy wines that you can buy on site. In addition, we offer on-site services from external providers for your comfort and well-being (to be booked in advance): sports session, Pilates, massage or breathing with Julien; cleaning of your vehicle by Ryan; home chef service with Delphine; Shiatsu session with Ana. You can also explore the many cultural and gastronomic riches of the area: wineries, Michelin-starred restaurants, historical sites and hiking trails are only a few minutes away. The privileged location of Le Clos Ceres, between Mâcon and Tournus, will allow you to easily radiate throughout southern Burgundy and create unforgettable memories. Parking is free within the property. Close to the green and blue routes, we also welcome cyclists and motorcyclists with great pleasure, allowing them to park their two-wheelers in our barn. Other things to note We offer 2 standard bedrooms ("Brechen" and "Belvédère") as well as 2 superior bedrooms ("Chapotin" and "Chapître"). Each room is for 2 people, but we have 3 single beds available that we can add to the larger rooms (all except Brechen) to accommodate a third person, adult or child (from 6 years old), for an additional charge of €30 per night. We also offer our guesthouse for rent as a vacation rental, sleeping up to 11 people. In this case, there is no breakfast formula, but you enjoy exclusively the house and its infrastructure for your stays with family or friends.
