Forestview Cottage - Fully Self Contained Cottage

This tranquil setting is only 50 minutes from Melbourne nestled in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges. Emerald Creek Cottages is 1.7 acres and is a uniquely set property backing on to a natural bush environment which backs onto Menzies Creek. Relax, enjoy the serenity and take in the bush surroundings and wildlife. All cottages are 1 bedroom fully self contained, complete with full kitchen and cooking accessories, gas fire place, jacuzzi tub and outdoor deck. Complimentary Continental Breakfast The space The cottage is really a small sized house. It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes oven/gas cooktop, fridge/freezer and a microwave. There are pots/pans/kitchen utensils/crockery/cutlery and glassware. Cooking oil, salt and pepper are also provided. The lounge room has a large comfy sofa and a Smart TV. There is also a DVD player with many DVD's to chose from. Board games are also provided. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. There is also a TV in the bedroom. The large jacuzzi tub is just off the bedroom. A separate bathroom with a shower. No need to bring any toiletries, Thank You toiletries are provided. All linens and towels are provided. If you need, there is a washing machine in a separate laundry room, no dryer but a drying rack is provided. Walk out onto the large covered back deck overlooking the property and the tranquil bush setting with plenty of wildlife. Guest access There are 4 cottages on my property. I live in one of them, 2 of them are long term rentals and the 3 one, Forestview I offer for guest accommodation. Whilst the cottages are situated close together they do offer complete privacy from the other cottages. Guests are more than welcome to explore the property but be a little careful the ground has a lot of holes and dips. I do have dogs in a fenced yard of my cottage. If you are bringing two cars please let me know so I can tell you where to park the second vehicle. Other things to note Parties are not allowed! You are more than welcome to bring your child/children but my cottage is not set up for children. There are not extra beds or cots available. People in the past have bought their own cot etc. In the cottage you will find a compendium containing - Information about the cottage - Instructions for the heating/cooling - Instructions for the smart TV - List of restaurants/pubs/cafes - Walks and Markets You should receive an email 2-3 days prior to your arrival with check in details and then on the day of your arrival around 11am I will text you with further check in instructions and confirm your check in time.
