Hello and Welcome! Casa da Gateira is a freshly renovated house and the outcome of our own vision of how a vacation house should be. A place where anyone can feel at home, enjoy a more personal experience and a more genuine stay. The space Casa da Gateira is a detached house, and you can book the whole property and all its facilities. The house has two floors. On the first floor you find 160sqm with 3 bedrooms en suite, Kitchen, Living room and a large balcony. On the ground floor you find a studio with 70sqm that is very useful in summer afternoons because it has direct access to the pool. Thus, you will have a small kitchen always at hand, a refrigerator, a bathroom and also a living room. The house can accommodate up to 9 persons, having 4 double beds and a single one that can be put in any of the rooms. The outside leisure area has a swimming pool, garden, barbecue area and parking. The house has a total of 4 double beds. An extra bed and a baby travel bed can be added to any of the rooms. Guest access Guests will have total acess to the house and its facilities. Parking Inside the property there is space to park 3 cars. Outside, and just in front the property it is very easy to park also. Wireless Internet Access is available inside the house. Bikes can be used at your own risk and with your own helmets. There are 2 adult-size bikes, one children bike and an original tandem bike. Swimming Pool is unguarded and available at any time. Please respect the neighbour community while making use of it. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Glass in any form is prohibited in the pool area and people are asked to maintain the area proper. Please use the pool in a responsible way. The Swimming Pool is available from May till October and you should expect its temperature arround 24 degrees. Barbecue. The house has a charcoal barbecue, which can be used. Fire extinguishers are provided in the kitchen. First Aid kit is provided. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. No pets are allowed at Casa da Gateira. Registration Details 22614/AL.
