The Carriagehouse is a spa like oasis, in Old Louisville's Victorian area! We offer all you need to enjoy an amazing getaway, including tasteful decor, large Jacuzzi tub, ponds, grills, 80" 3D TV, Wi-Fi! With a Southern style deck, overlooking the garden, pond and pool! Near all the fun! The space Our Carriage-house is newly built and set in charming historic Old Louisville; one of the largest Victorian communities in the United States. Please note we charge an extra fee for events, gatherings, photo shoot and filming at our location! Our property has a beautiful luxurious spa like feel, on the grounds and within the carriage house itself. You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds with koi pond, and water features. It is amazing! This property is setup for adults and is not space for children. This private 1-bedroom guesthouse has a large living room, family room, full bath with Jacuzzi tub and eat-in kitchen with marble counter tops. Our tastefully furnished Carriage-house features; a full size bed, ex-large comfy sofa, large formal dining area (seating for 8), 80" 3D TV, Wi-Fi and central air/heat. Our Carriagehouse also features a southern style deck overlooking the grounds. Extra sleeping: The couch is very comfy to sleep on (BIG enough for two just remove the back pillows), and it is more comfortable than a pull out couch. *Extra Bedding: 1 Luxury 24" Raised Queen Air-Mattress-Style (upon Request before you arrive). Spa house amenities: Upon request We don't advertise the pool cause we cannot guarantee pool use (due to weather). We can arrange a massage, pedicure, manicure, Reiki healing or any desired treatments, in house, with a professional, by request. I'm not sure of the service cost, depends on who I get to come out but you could set a budget. *Free easy curbside parking in our area! Outdoor Kitchen info: Other fees apply for use of the outdoor grill (notify use before booking if you plan on using the outdoor kitchen area). You would be responsible for prep of area and cleanup afterwards.. You would have to supply the wood as well for the pizza oven. Guest access Completely private carriage house: The yard area is between the main house and the carriagehouse. Great for having your coffee or a glass of wine! This place is truly an oasis! We also can stock guesthouse at guest request (with wine, steaks, ice cream, etc.,) ... Guest can request this service once house is booked via email (fees apply)...
