Our property is a strict no-pets home due to severe allergy sensitivities. Animal dander can linger in upholstery and HVAC systems, which may endanger future guests with medical concerns. That said, we fully respect Airbnb’s and California’s laws regarding service animals. If you’re planning to travel with an animal, we kindly ask: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Please note: Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) do not qualify as service animals under California law for entire-unit rentals, and our no-pet policy remains in place for ESAs. Let us know if you have any questions—we want to ensure everyone’s safety, comfort, and legal compliance. Guest access You will have the entire condo. We provide all linens, pool towels, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, lotion, etc. There is a full downstairs with master bedroom and bath and stairwell walks up to landing with huge loft and four single beds. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, everything you would need to make it a dinner at home. The Rec Center is not part of our condo but you do have access. The Rec Ctr has a daily charge of $10 per person per day. It includes a year-round heated lap pool, adult and kiddie pool, year round Spas Jacuzzis, fitness facility with men & women's changing rooms and shower Kids Game room, Arcade, pool tables, ping pong table, air hockey. The Village has an Ice rink/roller rink, movie theater, shops, restaurants, bars. In summer they have tennis lessons, golf, mountain biking, bocce ball and basketball courts, children's activities including bungee trampoline as well as swimming lessons.
