This summer cottage on an island in Maine overlooks the beautiful Penobscot Bay. This rustic cottage has a moderate living space with a wood-burning stove, an inner porch with a great view of the bay, and a lot of family charm. The house was built in the 1930s by two sisters of the Allen family, who owned the property next to this one. This cottage has been passed down through the family and cherished by each generation. The entire property has a lovely view of the Penobscot Bay. Amenities include: WiFi, beach access, shared driveway but private parking, w/d in home, dishwasher. There are only two markets on the island, so we suggest getting your groceries before embarking on your journey by way of ferry departing from Lincolnville (which runs from 8 am - 5 pm daily).
