To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 cosy bedrooms - 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. - All rooms offer various amenities including AC, Wi-Fi access, attached bathrooms and attached balconies. - 2 rooms have king-sized beds, 1 room has a double bed and 1 room has a twin bed. - Both rooms on the first floor offer a splendid city view, whereas the rooms on the second floor offer a stunning garden view. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room in the villa. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor that offers sofa-style seating. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. - It is equipped with a portable music system, AC, Wi-Fi, TV for the guests’ entertainment and a CCTV camera for security purposes. - The living room opens up to the pergola overlooking the lawn. It is equipped with several seating arrangements. - The dining area is a part of the living room. It can seat up to 8 people. - The villa has a beautifully manicured lawn, 1200 sq. ft. in size, adorned with flowers, a walkway and a swing. - The lawn can accommodate up to 15 people. - The second floor has a common balcony embellished with beautiful flower pots and overlooks splendid views. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, electric kettle and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Guests are requested to handle all the kitchen equipment with care. In case they need any assistance, guests are requested to contact the caretaker for the same. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Guests can also eat out or order-in from nearby restaurants. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can take a stroll on the walkway adorned with bright flowers on either side. They can enjoy a badminton match on the lawn. Guests can swing to their heart’s content and relive their childhood and embrace the beauty around. They can play indoor games like cards, ludo and other board games. They can enjoy their morning breakfast in pergola and soak in the gorgeous views. They can bask in the sun while on the balcony, and soak in the fresh breeze. They can also relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up.
