Welcome to our spacious retreat. This is a duplex with ample parking. When you book you get both sides so you have the privacy of your own living room and kitchen on each side. They both come with their own laundry room and the two bedrooms share a bathroom with separate entrance for both shower and toilet. The units are located minutes from the claydesta business park or ten minutes to downtown. The space You have two separate private fenced back yards. Also there is paved parking lot across the street should you need additional parking. The unit is directly behind Gerardo’s Mexican grill which is across the street from Taco de Vino or take advantage of Ross’s cafe all three are excellent dining options.
