The Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate, HOT TUB

Soak up the modern and vintage charm of the Innkeepers Quarters at Witmer Estate! The 2nd floor bedroom & bath have just been renovated to add a luxurious tile shower and soaking tub, newly redesigned bedroom w Smart TV creating a beautiful 2nd floor suite. Hot tub open all year. The Innkeepers Quarters is attached to the main house but is a completely private unit. (Please note some noise can be heard through the walls) Close to area attractions, Sight and Sound Theaters, The Amish Village. The space Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, and an eat in kitchen Keurig coffee maker. The first bedroom is located on the first floor with 2 queen beds, a gas fireplace, a tv, and space to relax and read a book. A full bath and laundry room are also located on the main floor. The second bedroom with queen bed, Smart TV (please note there is no cable access on this TV) and luxurious bathroom w tile shower and soaking tub are located on the second floor. Please be aware the stairway to upstairs is steep and narrow. Our bright and spacious kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook at home. The living room offers a couch and chair as well as a smart tv. The Patio at the back/side of the house offers a private space for guests of the Innkeepers Quarters with a 6 person hot tub (open all year) and a grill and outdoor seating. Please note this is an old home so some noise through the walls is possible. Guest access A newly added patio w string lights at the back/side of the house offers a private space for guests of the Innkeepers Quarters. A patio table and chairs seat 4. There is a pellet grill as well. Pellets are stored in the closet right outside the kitchen. 6 person hot tub (open all year) please turn off jets and repace cover after each use. Please respect the privacy of the guests in the main house and leave the patio off the bedroom for those guests. Other things to note Please keep noise down after 11pm as the front of the home may also have guests. Please respect the privacy of our tenants in the barn. **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
